Patrick Carr

Patrick earned a BA in Business Administration from Norwich University, BS in Chemistry from Salve Regina College (Summa Cum Lauda) and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also served in the U.S. Army.

Michael Layne is Partner for Quest Analytics Group. Michael is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships with vendors and clients. He has over 25 years of experience in pharmacy consulting, medical and pharmacy sales and contracting.
Michael earned a BBA in General Sales, Merchandising and Marketing from the University of Georgia.
Lee Hertz
Director of Analytics
Lee Hertz is the Director of Analytics for Quest Analytics Group. Lee is responsible for financial modeling, claim auditing, analyses associated to PBM agreements and client pharmacy performance. He has invented patented technologies in the areas of polymer science, construction materials and multi-variable spectral analysis.
Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University.
Jerry Liu, PhD
Director of Technology
Jerry Liu, PhD. Is the Director of Technology for Quest Analytics Group. Dr. Lui is responsible for the development of software solutions utilized to support RFP and auditing processes. He has over 20 years of experience in defining business problems, economical modeling and system design.
Jerry earned a Masters in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore and a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
